Description
Whether you have an idea for a startup, you're looking to scale an existing business, or you're looking to create an exit plan, navigating the sea of state resources can feel like a full-time job in itself. This presentation will simplify the landscape and connect you directly to the tools designed to help Colorado businesses thrive.
Hannah Wenzel Krieger will lead our conversation as we learn about free and low-cost support (advising and essential training), along with the state's grant, loan, and tax credit programs. Hannah is the State Director for the Colorado Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, where she leads 14 service centers and a team of 300 professionals supporting ~14,000 entrepreneurs and small business owners annually. Her leadership background includes Executive Director roles at MENTOR Colorado and Sportswomen of Colorado, as well as Director of Strategic Relationships for WeCOACH.
A lifelong entrepreneur and former small business owner, Hannah also developed impactful youth programs with the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club and served as a National Facilitator and Trainer with the U.S. Soccer Foundation. Hannah is a Fulbright scholar and she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and a Master of Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Hannah was recognized as a ColoradoBiz Top 25 GenXYZ Young Professional and is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2023.
