About Us

Kavod Senior Life (kuh-VOAD) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization providing housing and services to older adults in the greater Denver area.

“Kavod” is the Hebrew word for “honor” or “respect.” We welcome individuals from ALL backgrounds, faiths and ethnicities.

We offer both Senior Living and Assisted Living apartment homes and services for adults 62 years of age and older; the majority of our residences are subsidized and affordable. We have 396 apartments that are studios and 1 bedrooms. We have many wraparound support services, including a full activities calendar with trips and excursions, a meal plan, health & wellness center, CU Medicine geriatric clinic, physical/occupational therapy, care coordination, a hair salon and much more. Small pets welcome!

Our Assisted Living apartments are also very affordable, with many units allowing for a spenddown to Medicaid - a rare offering in Denver.

Overall, our mission is to provide life-enriching experiences to older adults through a broad range of housing and support services that reflect the spiritual, social, and cultural values of Jewish tradition. We are a lively, inclusive and integral part of the Denver community.
