Marisol’s story moves through therapy, mental health, sobriety, entrepreneurship, and community-building—ultimately leading to the creation of Migas Coffee, a space rooted in presence, ritual, and human connection.

In this thoughtful and interactive morning conversation, Marisol will share the identity shifts, personal transitions, and moments of clarity that shaped her path—from working in therapy and navigating sobriety beginning in 2018 to discovering coffee as a grounding ritual and eventually building a community-centered business around intentional connection.

Together, we’ll explore how the spaces we create, the rituals we return to, and the conversations we foster can quietly transform the way we live and relate to one another.
