Howard Koziara has been the Colorado State Coordinator for the Institute of Fraud Risk Management since 2005.  The Institute trains and certifies all investigators for Kroll, Inc., which is   the largest risk management company in the world.  Howard is also a member of the Identity Theft Protection Association.  The ITPA and its global network of members educate, communicate, and coordinate to address identity theft, privacy and information security risks and related regulatory compliance.  He also teaches Privacy, Identity Theft Protection, and Compliance to  Automobile Dealers at the Colorado Independent  Automobile Dealers Association and retail businesses in Colorado.
