As the CEO of her company Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air, Susan Frew, along with her husband William, grew their business by 535% in just one year by creatively using seven deceptively simple tools coupled with some good old-fashioned elbow grease.  Susan was able to lead this essential business during COVID, maintaining a 60% Gross Profit and 14% net profit for 2020.  Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air now boasts a coveted spot on the INC 5000 List as one of the INC Best Places to Work.  To date, the company has won a total of 43 prestigious industry awards and accolades for business growth, integrity and community service, amid a field of 950 competitors.
 
Susan has earned a solid reputation as the “go to” business-growth coach for the Trades industry.  She has coached over 150 trade businesses (in 18 different trades) back to profitability amid tough markets and recessions.
