Brittany Bock, 7 year retired professional soccer player, Licensed Massage Therapist, Mental Training Coach and Speaker, strives to help people overcome adversity to live their best life. Her dream to be an Olympian and a World Cup champion started at age 5, and her dedication and love for soccer brought her many successes. She is 2x All-American/2x Academic All-American earning a business degree from the University of Notre Dame. She’s been a part of USWNT program since she was 14 years old, having played in a U20 Women’s World Cup and earning her way to train with the US Women’s National Team.
Throughout her decorated career she endured and overcame 11 surgeries, concussions and several broken ribs. Though she surrendered the dream of the Olympics, she continues to strive to use her “failures” as opportunities to learn, grow and help others. Upon retirement, her desire to find healing and understand her body, she became a licensed massage therapist. She has a mobile massage business in the Denver area, helping educate people/athletes to take care of their bodies and help them perform at their best. She has worked with athletes in the MLB, NFL, MLS, NWSL and high performing cyclists.
Her passion is to encourage people to live out the best version of themselves – this encompasses all areas of our lives in Mind, Body and Spirit. Ultimately, success lies in not WHAT we do, but WHO we are.
