The Amigas Cycle Conference Presented by Sonder PT is a one-day, community-centered event designed to bring women together across every phase of their cycle and hormone journey. Created as a generational experience for women to attend with their daughters, sisters, mothers, and friends, the conference is centered on open, honest conversations around periods, fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and overall hormonal health. The day will feature three expert-led panel discussions, a curated marketplace filled with practitioners and retailers who support women through every stage of life, food trucks, networking and connection moments, and opportunities to engage directly with doctors, educators, wellness professionals, and fellow attendees. More than just a wellness event, the Amigas Cycle Conference is a space for learning, shared understanding, and meaningful community connection.
